Privacy policy

This policy covers the Finding Flock store: the product pages at findingflock.com/store and the Shopify checkout they send you to. How the rest of findingflock.com handles data is described at findingflock.com/privacy.
What we collect when you order. Your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered. Payment details are handled by Shopify and its payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it. Only to take and fulfill your order: to print and ship it, send order and tracking emails, answer your questions, handle problems with an order, prevent fraud, and keep the records the law requires for taxes and accounting.
Who we share it with. Only the companies needed to get your order to you:
- Shopify, which runs the store and checkout, under its own privacy policy (shopify.com/legal/privacy).
- Payment processors, to take payment.
- Printify and its print partners, which receive your name, shipping address and order contents so they can print and ship your items.
- Shipping carriers, which receive what they need to deliver the package.
We don't sell your information, we don't share it for advertising or marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Cookies at checkout. Shopify's cart and checkout use cookies they need to work, and Shopify may use data about your visit for security, fraud prevention and to keep checkout running. If you use Shop Pay or the Shop app, Shopify handles that under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it. As long as we need it to fulfill your order and handle any problem with it, and afterwards only as long as tax, accounting or other legal requirements say we must.
Your choices. You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@findingflock.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have further rights under state law; we'll honor them. We don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
Children. The store isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes. If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date on it.
